Top Skills / Key Job Responsibilities
- Complete daily payroll processing & reports in a timely manner with a minimum of errors in job cost postings. Field personnel will perform private, prevailing wage, and union work weekly.
- Complete company certified payroll reports weekly and review same for subcontractors for compliance. Experience with LCP Tracker and DIR portal for certified payroll preferred.
- Experience with Vista by Trimble/Viewpoint preferred. Assist in deployment of cloud-based time tracking, applicant tracking, and employee onboarding systems preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
