- Provide moves management to a portfolio of major gifts donors and prospects capable of giving $5,000
- Collaborate with an event planner and volunteer council to plan and execute fundraising events
- Manage relationships with corporate sponsors for the annual fundraising event
- Develop and implement effective strategies to cultivate relationships and solicit gifts
- Perform prospect research and qualify new leads
- Collaborate with the volunteer council to engage and increase fundraising
- Travel for meetings and events, as needed
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant development experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated track record of closing major gifts of $5,000
- Familiarity with the Sacramento fundraising landscape is strongly preferred
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Experience utilizing a donor CRM
- Ability to travel for donor meetings and events
