Lancaster Burns Construction, Inc. is a multi-trade subcontractor specializing in commercial and industrial construction which performs Rough Carpentry, Steel, Metal Stud/Drywall, and Concrete. Qualifications:
- Ability to work on out of town projects
- Read tape measure/Rollout tools
- Welding knowledge
- Knowledge of rigging and equipment
- Puddle weld experience
- Ability to read weld symbols
- Installing miscellaneous structural steel ( Columns, beams, hand rails, guard rails, bar joist, girder, decking and stair treads)
- Comfortable with heights
- Field fabrication
- Plumb/Align/Rack a multistory building
- 3G and 4G E71-T8 Lincoln Experience
- Read design plans
- NR 232
