Watt Property Management, Inc is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Sacramento, CA
Watt PM is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician committed to providing first-class service to our residents and who takes pride in improving the overall condition of the property itself.

Qualified applicants only please. We prefer a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician. Preferred skills include, but not be limited to:
SKILLS
- Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.)
- Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, counter tops, locks, etc.
- Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting
- Pool Maintenance: Cleaning and PH balance management
- Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, lamps, etc.
- Assisting with any Cleaning, Painting and/or Maintenance Turnover projects
- Reporting any maintenance concerns on the property to the Property Manager
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property maintenance.
- Fluent English
- High School diploma/GED required
- A valid driver's license
- Soft skills: Motivated; team-player; good communication, attention to detail, follow-through; customer service; and personal accountability
- Represent the property in a professional manner at all times
- Must be able to carry 50 lbs up multiple stairs
- Must own full set of basic tools. Property will provide additional equipment as needed
