Job Responsibilities:
  • Review current marketing trends to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
  • Work with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers
  • Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers
  • Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards
  • Interview, hire, and develop new team members
  • Help representatives meet their daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
  • Motivating and developing team members from multiple departments that generate leads

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business or a related field
  • 3 years sales experience
  • 3 years management experience
  • 3 years door to door sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Remodeling experience preferred
Salary:$80,000 (Base Bonuses)
