Position Summary: To lead and oversee the acquisition operations, underwriting, buyer broker services, and compliance functions, ensuring efficient and compliant real estate transactions while delivering value to both our Buyers and the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in acquisitions in real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Real Estate License needed
