Siri Infosolutions Inc is Hiring an Engineering Technician Near Santa Clara, CA
Scope of Work:
- Set up x86 and NVIDIA SoC platforms for electrical and functional validation
- Set up thermal solutions, oscilloscopes and power measurement equipment
- Execute test plan on engineering systems that involve stress testing, functional testing, power measurements, etc.
- Collect data from large number of systems, verify logs, identify failures/marginalities/outliers and report to the function owner
- Basic scripting that includes modifying existing scripts where applicable
- Collect data/execute test plan for chip screening and fusing
- Measure power and collect logs using DAQ/DMM
Required Qualifications:
- B.E., Diploma OR an Associate Degree in a relevant technical field. with 3 years of experience in ‘electronic’ system level HW testing.
- Familiarity with assembly and testing X86/GPU based systems
- Familiarity in executing tests under Windows and Linux environment
- Understanding of test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscope, DAQ and DMM
- Experience in silicon testing environment is preferred
- Experience in creating harness for test systems and with laborartory test equipments
- Familiar with HP Quality Center, TargetProcess
- Strong background in testing of Electronic Machine Systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
