LaSalle Network has partnered with our client, a manufacturer and supplier in the food industry, in their search for a Midwest Regional Sales Manager to lead and evolve a team of Account Managers, focusing on building long-term, profitable customer and supply relationships. Our client is seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales teams to new heights. This role is pivotal in defining customer engagement methods, optimizing revenue growth and supporting our client's overall sales strategy.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Account Managers to ensure long-term growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and refine best practices for account management
  • Recruit, coach and manage sales professionals to deliver profitable growth
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, winning and goal achievement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver accurate and timely quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience at the first or second-line level
  • Strategic accounts experience in the food, beverage and ingredients industries
  • Knowledge of strategic customer base, distribution models and competitive market
  • Expertise in CRM usage, pipeline development and business planning
  • Ability to build and lead a highly engaged, collaborative team
  • Experience in recruiting, managing and developing high-potential sales professionals
  • Strong change agent with a high level of intellectual curiosity
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
