HARIBO of America continues to grow in 2024! We are adding an Insights and Analytics Manager to our corporate Marketing Team. The Insights and Analytics Manager is responsible for translating panel and point of sale data into impactful business insights and strategies. Using data to identify key consumer, customer, and marketing trends related to purchasing behavior as well as analyzing promotional pricing, in-store features and displays activity, competitive activity, and distribution.Located on-site at our corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, the Insights and Analytics Manager is an individual contributor role will be able to extract actionable insights from data, synthesize trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on the "so what, now what".The original and iconic Goldbears, created in 1922, have delighted kids and grown-ups for over 100 years!   • Lead the articulation of insights based on the data, driving both short-term and long-term strategies
  • Lead monthly reporting based on panel and scanner / point of sale data
  • Analyze and make recommendations based on insights and data
  • Lead price / pack architecture work for both short-term and long-term
  • Collaborate with and gather input from cross-functional partners to help identify and explain key insights and trends
  • Manage data partnerships (ex: IRI and/or Nielsen), ensuring effective communication, data access, and utilization services
Qualifications
  • 6 years of progressive work experience in analytics roles within the consumer goods industry, retail industry, or related industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrate advanced use of Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience with IRA and/or Nielsen data reporting and analysis
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills, turning insights into action
  • Prior experience with consumer research tools and techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Demonstrated success anticipating future business opportunities or problems and developing strategies to address them proactively
  • Detail oriented and with a high level of follow through on execution
