What you'll do as an Accounts Receivable Associate :
- Monitor new enrollments and establish monthly billings.
- Track and post all payments and communicate with clients as needed.
- Identify delinquent accounts and ensure organizational policies are followed.
- Assist with month-end reports and reconciliations.
What we need in an Accounts Receivable Associate :
- AA in accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum two years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Enrollsy is a PLUS.
- Nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
