Responsibilities
- Develop code, analyze, research, and resolve system issues
- Handle small-to-medium user stories encompassing feature development and service requests
- Articulate obstacles and participate in design and code reviews
- Maintain a level of urgency towards timelines and results
- Participate in on-call rotation and support all documented IT processes and standards
- Communicate effectively and work with team members to understand the requirements
- Create individual work plans, specifications, and programs utilizing development procedures and standards
- Consistently demonstrate high standards of integrity by supporting the mission and values
- Adhere to corporate privacy policies and procedures
- Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required
- Perform other functions as assigned by management
