Mike Shaw Automotive is searching for a dealership Title Clerk to work in our high-volume and fast-paced accounting department. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about the quality of their work, able to handle a high volume of transactions and is experienced with used car titles. We are looking to a team member that is positive, energetic, and excellent with time management.

Essential Functions:

• Process all auction title work for vehicles sold
• Review titling documents for accuracy, process all new vehicle title work
• Follow up on all pending titles and lien releases (i.e. call banks, call auction, work with finance managers and used vehicle director as needed).
• Assist customers with title issues

Position Requirements:

• 1 year or more of experience in similar function
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Excel)
• Basic knowledge of general accounting procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
