Position Description: Summary
As an Equipment Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving equipment sales through managing sales accounts, handling walk in and phone in customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Call on new and current customers to drive equipment sales
Maintain product knowledge, including product updates for all current products offered
Update company website with new and used equipment
Educate customers on the basic function of their new product
Maintain an organized showroom and sales lot presentable to customers
Submit sales documents to the Finance & inventory Manager in accordance with company policy
Submit proper equipment make-ready sheet to the Service Manager for each unit sold
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Basic understanding of computers, Microsoft office and Adobe
Excellent time management skills, must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills verbally and written, to communicate with producers, vendors, and dealership personnel
Ability to learn and navigate through company specific programs
Responsive to customer requests and inquiries
Ability to operate all equipment carried and sold
Required Education and Experience High School Graduate or equivalent
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50lbs
Working Conditions
Office and calling on customers in the field or at their farm
