Responsibilities
- Manage and execute hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee and administer benefit functions, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Implement recruiting strategies to attract experience in candidates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies
- Manage and maintain HR records and documentation
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
- Stay updated on HR trends and legislation changes.
- Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions within a corporate setting
- Demonstrable experience in Hiring Processes and staff recruitment
- Proven track record in effective Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of human resources systems and databases
- Ability to make informed decisions based on data and statistics
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
- Aptitude in presenting and public speaking
- detail oriented certification in Human Resources is a plus.
