JobDescription :
The Outreach Specialistsare the stars of our Marketing Outreach & Enrollment (MOE)team. Without them we wouldnt be the fastest growing PACE programin California.
Our Outreach Specialists are high achievers whoenjoy spending time in the field independently generating leads andenrollments.
Essential JobDuties :
- Coordinate andinitiate outreach and engagement activities in the communitieswhere seniors live to ensure consistent achievement of monthlyreferral home visit and enrollment goals
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with communityorganizations to generate qualified leads that reflect our missionand value proposition and turn them into enrollments
- Establish and maintain bestinclass relationships withcommunity leaders and partners including physicians hospitaldischarge planners postacute facilities and other potentialreferral sources within the service area
- Develop and implement monthly marketing plan to achievemonthly enrollment goals with MOE Director
- Provide education regarding services to referral sourcesin the community
- Demonstrate indepth knowledgeof all relevant components of MOE playbook
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in marketing or health careadministration preferred
- DHCS training andexam as a marketing representative within 30 days ofhire
- Valid state drivers license with a cleanDMV record
- Minimum of two (2) years ofexperience in a successful sales and marketingrole with at least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior caresetting (within service area preferred;
outside sales experiencepreferred)
- Bilingual : Spanish Required
