**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant and bar environment.
**Duties:**
- Oversee daily floor operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control.
- Train and supervise floor staff on service procedures, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold hygiene standards.
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with food safety regulations.
**Skills:**
- Experience in hospitality management or food service management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing. Experience with Toast is a plus.
- Strong background in restaurant management, including inventory control and cost management.
- Culinary knowledge to assist in menu planning and execution.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with banquet operations and kitchen management practices.
