Summary : The main function of a product specialist is to be the subject matter expert on a product through its development.

The typical product specialist will provide technical advice to customers concerning their product Skills required : Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Compny’s Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.

Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.

Development, preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage ones time.

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Requirements : High school diploma / bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred2-3 years experiences in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field Compensation : The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
