Responsibilities:
The Legal Intake Specialist will:
- Handle the initial calls and inquiries from new prospective clients seeking out a firm to represent them regarding potential injury claims
- Provide best-in-class service and obtain detailed information regarding the incident to be reviewed by Attorneys immediately
- Follow up with all potential clients regarding documentation, next steps and assisting in the sign-up process all while providing an excellent client service experience
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Service and/or related role
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Previous experience in a Legal role/setting
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Litify
- Proficient using multiple software & programs (CRM, VoIP, Electronic signature)
