Accounting Clerk
Compensation: $50000 - $55000 / year (depending on experience)
Location: Dulles area
Keys: looking for someone with an education background in finance, accounting or business with some internship experience. The client is willing to train on things but is looking for someone who is a go getter, quick learner, and wants to grow in an accounting capacity.
Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in Accounts Payable and 1099 processing
- Assisting with expense reimbursements
- Assisting with reconciliations
- Performing month-end closing activities
- Dealing with vendors on discrepancies
- Assisting with other accounting projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years experience working in a corporate accounting department
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office
