Summary :

Responsible forproviding support and expertise to project / programmed / resourcemanagers

JobResponsibilities :

• Oversees the timerecording and resource demands made by project / programmed teamsensuring that it is recorded in an accurate and meaningfulway.
• Provide full range of project andresourcing support on selected projects andprogrammers.
• Coordinate and maintainManagement Information (MI) which is timely accurate andcommunicated effectively.
• Ensure projects and programmedoperate within the defined Project Governance controls and meet therequired recording standards.
• Planning as required in supportof project and programmed governance (eg. Project plans; risk andissues logs etc).
• Help develop and maintainresource model estimates and tracking / forecasting resourcemovements and spend.
• Coordinate and where appropriatelead various forums / boards / meetings in support ofproject / programmed managers.
• Trains and supports colleagues onprocess and tools usage.
