- Supporting the desktop systems for AAA Video Game Development Studio. The role will consist of 30-40%_Incoming tickets and emails, 30-40% acting on the tickets, 20- 40% Supporting creating IT ops team.
- Support Desktop Hardware/Software troublehsooting
- General Break Fix support
- Hardware refreshes
- Work with IRT team on ticket triaging
- Support OPs with tier1 tickets
- Strong Customer Support Skills
