BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Support Analyst opportunity in Redmond, WA.
Position Title: Support Analyst
Location: Redmond, WA
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 18 Months
Job Type: Full time Contract
Pay Range: $22 to $24

Job Description:
Title: Support Analyst
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 18 months

Requirements:
Support Desktop Hardware/Software troubleshooting
General Break Fix support
Hardware refreshes
Work with IRT team on ticket triaging
Support OPs with tier1 tickets
Strong Customer Support Skills
Handle user hardware onboarding / offboarding
Support Turn 10's Devkit Infrastructure
Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 1-3 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: N/A
Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: - Been in a DTS role a year or 2, Excellent customer service experience , Hardware software troubleshooting
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work.
