Description :
Supporting the desktop systems for AAA Video Game Development Studio. The role will consist of 30-40% Incoming tickets and emails, 30-40% acting on the tickets, 20- 40% Supporting creating IT ops team.
Responsibilities :
- Support Desktop Hardware / Software troublehsooting
- General Break Fix support
- Hardware refreshes
- Work with IRT team on ticket triaging
- Support OPs with tier1 tickets
- Strong Customer Support Skills
- Handle user hardware onboarding / offboarding
- Support AAA Video Game Devkit Infrastructure
Requirements :
- Customer Service experience 1-2 years
- Ticket Management 1-2 years
Compensation :
- $23-$25 / hr (W2 / Non-Exempt)
