Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Manager | Salary: $105k - $110k | Location: Redlands, CA

Position Overview:

As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives. You will lead a dedicated HR team, providing guidance on a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business goals.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:
  • Oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to foster a positive and engaging workplace.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace.
  • Performance Management:
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance-related issues.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements.
  1. HR Analytics:
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Generate regular reports on key HR metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader, with a minimum of [X] years in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
