Job Summary: The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level while working closely with the HR Team and staff management. The HR specialist will ensure our HR Systems are up-to-date and accurate, including ongoing updates to titles, compensation, and other employment data. As well as support all employee data-related tasks while ensuring the highest level of data integrity, confidentiality, and security. The HR Specialist will also support with the completion of employee relations investigations under the direction of the Director of HR Compliance & Investigations.
