- Design and provide support for hardware in a multi-platform environment
- Lead the management of incidents and changes in a complex data center environment
- Oversee integration of new technologies
- Coordinate with various IT departments
- Manage a small team responsible for hardware installation and optimization
- Create reports on system performance to identify prospects for improvement
- Safeguard assets by implementing security controls
- Conduct infrastructure tests to comply with standards
- Manage IT Systems projects from analysis and design to implementation and support
- 10 years' experience in designing, implementing, and managing physical and virtual systems and data center management in Windows/AD/Azure and Linux environments
- 7 years' leadership experience managing an IT Systems and Database Servers team
- Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of Data Center standards and networking
- Proven success in managing multiple deadlines
- Experience with vendor management and IT asset management
