Worley Warehousing is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our accounting team.

About this role:

This is a full-time role that has a 40-hour work week during traditional Monday - Friday office hours. This role is 100% in office, but can transition to some remote work if desired based on performance.

This person will join a team responsible for accounting for various Worley companies. This person will be trained in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with a primary focus being in Accounts Payable for all companies. Job duties include: accurately coding and entering of daily invoices, matching up receipts as needed, file maintenance and other various accounting tasks. This role will work primarily in iSeries and Windows platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree and 1 year of Accounts Payable experience. An equivalent combination of education and/or work experience will be considered as well.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word is required.
• Ability to work in a multi-company environment
• Knowledge of Harris Data or previous ERP system preferred
• Ability to be flexible, positive and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, team orientated and provides effective communication skills to vendors/fellow co-workers
