PrideStaff is Hiring a Customer service Near Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
A public utility company in South Orange County is searching for a Customer Relations Specialist. This is a temporary position that is expected to last approximately 4 to 6 months.
This position requires a high level of customer service experience as the individual will be answering customer calls regarding billing information and responding to inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM. The pay is $25 to $30 an hour.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities should include :
- Basic knowledge of office management practices and procedures, including filing and operating standard office equipment.
- Ability to do business arithmetic, including percentages and decimals.
- Knowledge of the standard format for typed materials; basic business data processing principles and the use of word processing equipment.
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook & WORD
- Call Center experience is a plus!

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
