Responsibilities
This position is remote, with a preference for candidates within driving distance to the Greater Sacramento, CA region.
Position Summary :
The Community Recruitment Contract (CRC) Specialist is responsible for the preparation, review, tracking and administration of Community Contracting arrangements and will serve as the liaison between the corporate legal department, Dignity Health area leaders, community practices and community physicians.
The Specialist handles complex audits and issues and determines viable solutions, while monitoring and securing necessary approvals and ensuring that the organization's policies and procedures are followed.
Some travel may be required (minimal).
Responsibilities may include :
Community Contracting
Administers community contracting process for service areas from initial explanation of package to final closure letter.
Responsible for oversight of assigned service area(s).
Submits electronic legal service requests (ELSR) and tracks contracts and related documents, from draft through full execution and distribution.
Identifies missing or erroneous information as part of submission process.
Leads meetings as needed and directed by Community Contracting Supervisor.
Communicates with vendor to create proformas and acts as a liaison between practice and vendor to provide information.
Works through questions and / or issues with vendor and practice to resolution.
Promotes compliance with all policies and procedures and adheres to applicable laws, regulations and organization's values.
