Established over 35 years ago, E-filliate, Inc. is a fast-paced, dynamic mobile accessories manufacturer based in Rancho Cordova. We design and manufacture mobile accessory products under licensed brands, DEWALT and Black & Decker, as well as our own brands of Tech & Go, Fusebox, and several others. Our products can be found worldwide at most major hardware and home improvement retailers such as The Home Depot and Lowe’s.

We also sell and distribute directly to online consumers through channels such as Amazon, Walmart.com, and our own e-commerce site. We are seeking self-directed candidates for a full-time eCommerce Specialist position. Ideal candidates will possess a desire to work with innovative consumer electronic products and can work with multiple team members to achieve desired results.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company's account on the online Ecommerce Platform.
• Ensure the account is maintained and expanded.
• Maintain a high score of positive feedback.
• Maintain Amazon FBA accounts and stay current with listings.
• Work on all aspects of selling online, including listing, updating, and maintaining product listings.
• Assist with administrative work, including image processing.
• Collaborate with sourcing and product teams for data support.
• Provide regular reports on the overall performance of the ecommerce assignment to Ecommerce Manager.
• Effectively communicate expectations with our internal graphics, sales, and marketing teams to work on products, program ideas, and concepts

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient in listing and editing products on Ecommerce Platform.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Has strong internet and computer skills.
• Experience working with the intricate structure of Amazon FBA
• Experience with Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Data Dive.
• Has prior experience in listing products online.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in maintaining online marketplaces.
• Demonstrates a detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
• Possesses excellent multitasking abilities.

Exhibits a positive attitude and can follow specific procedures and instructions Education and Experience Requirements:

· A willingness to learn and seek information autonomously is more vital than relevant experience.

· Relevant work experience leading eCommerce product initiatives appreciated but not required.

· Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technologies, including eCommerce platform capabilities, complementary website tools, search engine optimization (SEO), and A/B testing tools

· Experience in strategic planning and implementation preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Effective English verbal and written communication skills
