HR Specialist
Position will provide direct HR advisory services to management and elected officials of the League’s membership, administering indirect HR consulting services to the membership, assisting risk management claims staff in resolving potential employment related workers’ compensation and liability claims of members. Other duties include conducting risk reviews with members to identify and address updates to high liability policies and procedures, working with a legal team to facilitate a human resources telephonic service, organizing a committee of human resources professionals to review trends and make recommendations to assist our members with liability claims
