Responsibilities Include Assisting A Diverse Clientele With Zoning, Land Subdivision And Other Land-use Questions; Navigating Development Review Processes; Site Plan And Subdivision Plat Review; Technical Review Committee Oversight; And Providing Staff Support To The Planning Board And/or Board Of Adjustment. You Would Work Alongside The Planning Technician To Address Code Enforcement Cases And To Partner With Town, County, And State Staff.
