Job DescriptionESTABLISHED CIVIL/BUSINESS LITIGATION FIRM: Vann Attorneys, PLLC, located in Raleigh NC
Responsibilities:
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Work and meet clients in our Raleigh office. Occasional remote work.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of practical experience.
  • NC State Bar License
  • Consult with clients on legal best practices
  • Prepare case file documents
  • Work with the legal team to compile comprehensive trial briefs
  • Draft and administer contracts, negotiate deals
