Residential Real Estate Attorney

Are you a skilled NC Residential Real Estate Attorney looking for a new Opportunity? If so , you must have at least one year of experience with residential closings, including reviewing preliminary and final title opinions and meeting with purchasers to execute closing packages. Experience with SoftPro Select and Simplifile a plus. Candidate must possess a high degree of autonomy, the ability to work independently and market themselves. Dual licensing in NC and SC a plus.

• Reviewing and analyzing residential real estate contracts and agreements
• Searching and reviewing Title and collaborating with title insurance companies to resolve issues
• Drafting legal documents, including purchase agreements, deed, and leases
• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
• Communicating effectively with clients, real estate agents , lenders and other parties involved in a closing transaction
• Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transaction
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team and provide support as needed

Qualifications :

• JD degree from accredited Law School
• Adminisiton to NC State Bar and in good standing
• At least one year of experience practicing residential real estate
• Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions, including contracts, title issues and closings
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Commercial Real Estate knowledge a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
