We have an opening for a motivated, innovative, and strategic Account Manager Trainee. We are looking for a talented Account Manager Trainee with a passion for helping and working with others, creating value, producing desired results, and sales attributes. Our team demonstrates the ability to drive sales, close deals, crush expectations, and manage contract negotiations for some of the world’s most notable brands.

Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all potential customers investigating and resolving issues as they arise.
• Build strategic alliances with key clients through community outreach, networking events, campaigns, and sales strategies
• Use effective customer service and sales techniques to identify customer needs in order to drive qualified appointments for the Sales Team
• Provide visual direction and leadership to our Marketing and Sales team. Set and execute daily tasks and follow-ups with clients
• Gain an understanding of our business from the ground up
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and sales staff to identify and grow opportunities within multiple territories
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability for our clients
• Develop and oversee the implementation of all campaign strategies
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of clients' brand, promotional services, and profitability targets

Account Manager Trainee Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• Degree in Business, Communications, Sales or related field preferred
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to guidelines with a keen sense of detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Understand basic sales strategies and customer demand
• Possess high levels of independence, reliability, and resilience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
