- Enters accounts payable data in accordance with the company’s procedures.
- Posts payments made to Procore.
- Reviews incoming data for accuracy, completeness, and conformance with the company’s procedures.
- Confirms amounts are within contract/purchase order value, codes invoices, and expense/travel reports for proper account and contract number.
- Obtains appropriate approvals from the project management team. Initiates corrective actions as needed.
- Confirms necessary paperwork is up to date including W-9, SF1413, COI and CPRs.
- Confirms weekly Certified Payroll submission and verifies the accuracy of CPR data.
- Correspondence with subcontractors when corrections are necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs file maintenance as required.
- Assist new subcontracts with invoicing and document submission into Procore.
- Must have an Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business. Bookkeeping experience would also be considered.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite products, Procore, DocuSign.
- Some walking and standing are required.
- You may have to lift and carry equipment (i.e. books, tools) weighing approximately 10-15 pounds.
- Most of the work is performed indoors.
- Work in the occupation involves making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time.
- Ability to sit and type/keyboard for long periods of time, grasp, turn wrist, reach, stretch, and file. Ability to operate a fax machine, copier, telephone, and computer.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel and bend.
