Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Help with affirmative action planning and compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Skills:
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Lever, ATS, iCIMS, or Workday.
- Basic knowledge of human resources practices and principles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
