STERNO – A Sterno Group Company is Hiring a Systems Analyst Near Provo, UT
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage projects assigned to the IT Department
- Report to the Director of IT on the status of projects
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and related peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide helpdesk support when needed
- After-hours IT support as needed.
- Liaison with third-party IT service providers.
- Support the Director of IT as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Management of IT staff, making sure projects assigned to individuals are completed within agreed-upon time frames
- Report system issues and needs to the Director of IT (with solutions to reported problems)
- Collaborate with all departments (in conjunction with the Director of IT) on issues and solutions to problems
- Work with auditors submitting reports for Sarbanes Oxley requirements
- Review budgets and future needs with Director of IT
