Rezzy is looking for motivated, positive, Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing team! This is a full-time opportunity and has unlimited potential.

In this role, you will help demonstrate the value of our service by building a pipeline of real estate agents, business owners and other potential referral partners. You will be provided with an amazing sales technology stack and everything you need to ensure your success!

This role offers a base salary uncapped commission with a clear growth path and competitive total compensation. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective referral partners, using social media, cold calls and other direct contact sources
• Prioritize and organize your lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
• Meet potential referral partner and cultivate the relationship to generate new business
• Follow up with prospective referral partners, and ensure they are set up on all Rezzy's tools and resources
• Stay current on industry trends and consumer buying activities
• Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience at all times

Requirements

• Self-starter and drive for achievement
• CRM experience is a plus
• 1 years of business development experience is a plus
