As a Remote Client Services Specialist, you will work directly with your clients, and various vendors and suppliers for the purpose of creating custom vacation packages.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, plan and execute travel itineraries including but not limited to : airline, car rental, cruises, resorts & hotels, amusement parks, concert & sporting event tickets, and other tours & activities.
• Process payments on behalf of your clients to secure reservations.
• Maintain relationships with industry specific vendors and suppliers.
• Provide superior customer service to clients.
• Provide details to clients regarding any required travel documents such as passports or visas.

Skills and Requirements

• Complete required Certification program in a timely manner.
• Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers.
• Laptop, Computer, or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required.
• Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Previous experience in hospitality and / or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Must be 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the US.
