CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Token Creek Veterinary Clinic, located just outside Sun Prairie, WI has an immediate opening for a full time or part time Client Service Representative (CSR).
We are a 5 doctor American Animal Hospital (AAHA) accredited practice (the only one in the Sun Prairie / Deforest area) that is dedicated to providing quality service and care for our customers and their dogs and cats.
Our clients and their pets love us as we consistently get 5 Star ratings, and we were voted the Best of Sun Prairie!
POSITION SUMMARY : The Customer Service Representative (CSR) actively recruits new clients and promotes hospital services.
Schedules client visits and drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to aid the productivity of the veterinary medical team.
Ensures good communication with the clients, and coordinates the care of the pets, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.
Refer the patient to the appropriate veterinary staff as needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. The team member must frequently use a computer for long periods of time.
Specific vision abilities are required to do this job including close vision. This position requires walking a nd / or standing for long periods of time, be nding, reaching, grasping, and repetitive motions.
May be exposed to disinfectant / sanitation chemicals, pets dander, and excretions. This position is exposed to low to moderate noise levels.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted, 50 lbs. with assistance. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
This position does not carry any supervisory responsibilities but may evolve into a leadership position for the right candidate!

Pay range starting at $16 / hr. and up depending on experience.
Hours / Schedule : 32-40 per week. We are open Monday through Friday; 8a-6p. Flexible schedule.
