W3Global Inc is Hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager Near Powell, TN

Roles And ResponsibilitiesProvides customer service support and administrative support to our company while maintaining effective working relationships with current and prospective customers, our company personnel and insurance carriers.
Reports to : AVP, CUSO Services
Expectation : Emphasis on Service, Quoting, & Sales
Essential Functions
  • Handles inbound service calls from current or prospective business customers and administer endorsements/changes by sending requests to carriers and/or performing endorsements on carrier websites. Resolve billing issues and/or policy discrepancies with carriers on new and existing business. Process payments on customer's behalf and maintain accurate records of such. Provide claim support as needed. Follow up with current customers at least annually to review renewal of insurance policies and submit additional underwriting information as requested by insurance carriers. Generate Certificates as requested by insureds and advise if policy endorsements are required. Complete and/or update information in agency management system as needed.
  • Capture information from prospective customers via telephone or inbound quote requests, complete applications and secure quotes via insurance carrier websites or directly from underwriters. Coordinate with underwriters and negotiate premiums. Present quotes to agents and/or customers. Explain coverage options, premiums and answer customer's questions. Complete sales process to secure the account/policy. Complete all binding requirements and issue Certificates/Binders as requested.
  • Provide back-up support to Sales Agents, CRMs and Service Department, including obtaining all pertinent information required to issue a policy change as requested, payments and reporting claims.
  • Cross sells other agency and our company products and services.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and thorough files on every customer by noting all contact through documentation via the agency management system. Enters all new and existing policy documents into the agency management system and/or "Ydrive".
  • Promote, establish and maintain commercial insurance referral resources throughout the our company.
  • Promote our company through CU Branch Visits and other events
  • Assists in updating and maintaining of operations and policy manuals.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned including assistance with Personal Lines Sales and Service.
Education/ Experience
  • 5 years external (or 3 years internal) Commercial Insurance experience with an insurance agency or carrier required.
  • Current license Property and Casualty in the state of Tennessee.
  • A high school education or GED
Other Skills And Abilities
  • Accomplished PC skills in Work and Excel type software application.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, multi task environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Financial institution experience a plus.

  • To maintain complete and well-organized files, both paper and through the agency management system.
  • Must be able to work scheduled hours as required and be punctual in reporting to work at the assigned time required for this position.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and sit. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move items over 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
