Sales Estimator

We are seeking a talented Sales Estimator to join their team and contribute to their continued success. With over a decade of experience, our client has become a trusted name in the industry.

Here, you will be earning a competitive base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus commissions and access to benefits including Dental / Vision Insurance and more.

Sales Estimator Responsibilities :

  • Analyze project requirements and create accurate and detailed estimates for commercial and residential interior cabinet and millwork projects
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely and competitive bids
  • Conduct cost analysis and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Review blueprints and specifications to identify project scope and requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Sales Estimator Essential Job Functions :

  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to provide accurate estimates
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of estimates, contracts, and project details

Sales Estimator Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
