Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling needs and visions.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes based on project specifications.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and pricing to provide competitive estimates.
• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in construction, with a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Proven experience in sales and estimation within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately estimate project costs.
• Proficient in using estimation software and tools.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full time
• Salary at $60,000-70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
