Lasalle Network is partnering with a leading company in the hopes of hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative .
This Seasonal Customer Service Representative is a temporary position that starts in late February / early March. The hours of this position will be Monday-Friday from 8 a.
m.- 7 p.m. This position will be located in Plainfield, IL.
Seasonal Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
Taking a high volume of inbound calls regarding products and services offered
Upselling services to customer experience
Provide excellent customer service on every call
Need to be comfortable on the phone and computer
These individuals would train in the office for 1.5-3 weeks
They will be able to work from home if the quality of work proves to be consistently excellent
There may be future needs of coming to the office for additional training, 1 or 2 days occasionally
Seasonal Customer Service Representative Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service / Call center experience
PC experience preferred : Windows Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills; dependable team player; well organized; self-starter; strong attention to detail; must possess good judgment and decision-making skills;
must possess strong verbal communication skills
