Insurance Navy is Hiring an Outbound Call Center Representative Near Palos Hills, IL

Join the fastest growing auto insurance agency in Illinois! We are seeking motivated representatives to join our team and grow with the company. Full time and part time schedules are availale for this position.

About the company

Insurance Navy Brokers was formed in 2007 based out of Chicago, IL and focuses on non-standard auto insurance sales and services. We currently operate in 11 states with over 40 locations. We strive to become the leading auto insurance broker in each state we operate in.

About the position

We are seeking motivated representatives to join our expanding team of service representatives who primarily focus on calling our existing database of clients. These representatives will complete various tasks throughout the day, and will play a key role in the growth of the company. Tasks include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Payment reminder calls to our current customers.
  • Utilizing internal software to conversate via text message with our current customers.
  • Collecting monthly payments and/or renewal payments from our customers.
  • Calling on website leads.
  • Calling on past clients to initiate a new policy.
  • More
