Location: FHT downtown office, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: Immediate
Skills:
- Provide 24/7 on-site support as part of the operations team
- Ensure all hardware/software problems and infrastructure issues are logged as tickets and notify the appropriate staff
- Perform equipment, network, fiber, and copper installs and decommissions
- Provide off-hours support for the service desk
Experience with enterprise Project Management tools required; experience with Primavera preferred.
