ACTION TECHNOLOGY is Hiring an IT Support Near Pittsburgh, PA
- This will be a hybrid position, 3 days in office, 2 remote.
- Duration is 6 months.
- This position coordinates the activities of the regional members of the IT service desk and PC client field engineer support functions.
- This includes monitoring and oversight of submitted IT incidents, service requests and potential escalations.
- It further includes alignment with the global service desk management team, other regional service desk representatives, and primary outsourcing service providers.
- This position requires proven working knowledge and understanding of IT operations, workplace support processes, change management processes, service delivery management processes, ITIL and ITSM.
- This position will interact and align with third party IT service providers supporting the organization.
- This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a service desk / service delivery coordination role.
- Position requires strong verbal/writing communication skills.
- Candidate must possess a strong sense of ownership, teamwork orientation, and collaboration mindset.
- IT Technical Degree preferred.
