The Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and/or finance, with excellent proficiency in financial modeling, conducting market research and analysis, budget and assumption reviews, as well as assisting in the creation of investment memoranda and overseeing ongoing acquisition opportunities.
