Key responsibilities:
*CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SAILPOINT IAM PLATFORM*
The primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the application team to gather requirements for migrating and/or onboarding applications to RTX LDAP
Serve as a liaison between the Application Teams and the LDAP Engineering teams
Coordinate and provide assistance for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshooting of application configuration and connection to the Service
Maintain the application list and manage the point of contacts for those using the service.
Lead defect management by serving as a liaison between the application team and the LDAP engineering team.
Ability to investigate and gather technical and non-technical information
Assist in managing requests/tickets within ServiceNow, GitLab, and the Group Mailbox
Must have 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Must have 2 years of experience working with LDAP Directory
Must have 2 years of experience and knowledge working with the IAM space
Must have experience creating process maps and prototypes
Must have experience creating communications and training materials
Must have communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, multitask effectively, and demonstrate self-starting initiative is essential
Must be able to manage end user/stakeholders expectations
Must be able to quickly adapt and realign tasks according to leadership's priorities
Experience working and /or familiar with Single sign-on services such as Siteminder, Ping, ADFS, etc. will be a plus
Project management skills will be a plus
